Mid-America will continue a 44-year tradition and once again host its production of Handel’s Messiah on November 30, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Mid-America’s production brings all the magic of Handel’s choral writing, and Hallelujah chorus to life with a choir and symphony orchestra comprised of members from Memphis area churches. 

The Messiah, written during the period of the Great Awakening, communicates the story of Jesus’ life, death, and triumphal resurrection in a musical journey like none other.

The Memphis community is invited to experience this matchless Christmas tradition of G.F. Handel’s most celebrated work in person or via livestream. The live production will once again take advantage of Mid-America’s vast campus, stage, spacious auditorium, convenient location, and parking. Access to the livestream is available at mabts.edu/live
