Welcome home to a gated community of award-winning 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, complete with a multi-purpose clubhouse and playground for families. Students desiring more minimal accommodations may rent a single bedroom within a furnished three-bedroom apartment. Each apartment is an easy five-minute walk to classes, library, fitness center, and more. Plus, there is always plenty of free parking if you choose to drive to campus. With unmatched convenience and quality amenities, you’ll feel right at home before ever moving in.
Floor Plans: one, two, and three bedrooms
As soon as you walk into your new apartment, you’ll see a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, stove, oven, range, and a pantry. Enter your bedroom, and you’ll be amazed at the square footage, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Right off your living room is a walkout patio where you can grow plants or put a table to relax after class. The patio also comes equipped with a storage closet for your belongings. Best of all, when it comes time to do laundry, you don’t have to leave your apartment because we’ve included a wash machine and dryer for you.
Yes, we know our rates are a steal, but that’s what Mid-America is all about. We want our students to graduate with as little debt as possible. We want you to enjoy pursuing God’s call on your life not feel like it’s a financial burden.

$489/month—Master bedroom/private bathroom dorm

WE LOVE MISSIONARIES, and three of the current 144 MASH apartments are available to anyone who has served or is currently serving with the International Mission Board (IMB), North America Missions Board (NAMB), or other missionary organizations. While this should go without saying, our housing units are always open to Mid-America graduates who are on stateside assignments from other missionary agencies.

The monthly fee is $450 plus utilities. A $250 security deposit and $250 administration fee are required before occupancy; the deposit is refundable if the apartment is left in good condition. Missionaries desiring to occupy an apartment for two weeks or less will be charged a fee of $125 per day with a two-night minimum.
